Rules and Regulations

- Competition
suits must be worn to weigh-in.

- Suits
must be solid colored for prejudging. Women may have
multi-colored suits at night show only.

- There
will be no individual posing routine at prejudging,
but an overall free posing as a group at the end of
mandatory poses.
|
|
|
- Night
show posing music must be no longer than sixty seconds.
Any routine longer than sixty seconds will be cut
off.
|
- Music
may not contain any profanity, or you will be disqualified.
|
- Men-
no jewelry except wedding bands allowed at prejudging
or evening show.
|
- Women-
wedding bands and ear rings only allowed
|
- Crossovers
allowed only from Masters men, Teen, or Greater Knox
classes, Emergency Services Division
|
- NO
ONE but competitors and NPC officials allowed backstage.

Lightweight - over 143.25 lbs and up to and including 154.25 lbs
Middleweight - over 154.25 lbs and up to and including 176.25 lbs
Light Heavyweight- over 176.25 lbs and up to and including
198.25 lbs
Heavyweight - over 198.25 lbs, up to 4 including 225.25 lbs
Superheavyweight - over 225.25 lbs
Women’s
Open:
Lightweight - up to and including 125 lbs
Middleweight - over 125 and up to and including 140 lbs
Heavyweight - over 140 lbs
Greater
Knox: (residents of Knox, Blount, Sevier,
Anderson, Roane, and
Loudon counties.
PROOF of residence required.)
Lightweight - up to and including 165.25 lbs
Middleweight - over 165.25 lbs and up to and including 187.25
lbs
Heavyweight - over 187.25 lbs
Men’s
Masters:
40 - 49 years of age

Junior:
Competitor who has never won an overall.

Athlete who has never competed in an NPC bodybuilding event.

Friday
night weigh-in is MANDATORY. If you cannot be there on Friday
night you must make arrangements with the promoters for approval
and
arrangements made to be checked in on Saturday morning.
Competitors
MUST wear their posing trunks to weigh-in. This is mandatory.
If you do not have them on to weigh in, you will be required
to go get them before you can be entered into a weight class.
Competitors will be weighed in bare feet
and no jewelry.
Entry fee
is $50.00 if received before August 1st, a late fee of $25.00
will be added
if entry is received after that date or at check-in.
Crossover fee is $30.00, crossovers allowed for Masters Men,
Greater Knox,
Emergency Services Division, and Teen classes only.
NPC cards
may be obtained at Friday night weigh-in from the highest
ranking NPC official. Membership cards are $ 75.00
NPC card
memberships and entry fees to be paid with check or cash only.
Tickets for the show will go on sale May 1st.

your tickets when you mail in your entry form. For ticket

CASH ONLY - Ticket prices $25 and $20 for the evening show and $10 for
prejudging.
